Jun 04,2022Ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen einen Playseat Evolution - Black Active Fit bestellt. Zum Produkt: Der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach und auch gut beschrieben. Wirklich positiv ist die Qualität des Produktes, gemessen am Preis. Auch die Standfestigkeit während des Fahrens ist sehr gut und der Sitzkomfort ist durchaus gut. Zur Lieferung: Die Lieferung wurde auf 4 Tage terminiert, allerdings kam das Paket erst am folgenden Tag ohne Uhrzeit Angabe und die Live-Verfolgung über die Seite von FedEx hat leider auch nicht funktioniert. Dieser minimale Kritikpunkt hat allerdings nur was mit dem Lieferanten zu tun und nicht mit dem Produkt. Ich kann das Produkt und den Kauf nur weiter empfehlen und deshalb gibt es 5 Sterne.

Responses were super quick, Jeroen and Jesse were extremely helpful in making sure I had exactly what I wanted and made sure the process was all taken care of and were very accommodating. Dabei wurde auf alle meine Fragen per Mail zu den Produkten eingegangen und der Kauf konnte direkt in der Beratung getätigt werden. Ich musste nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Auch nach dem Kauf wurde eine Frage von mir zum Zusammenbau des Playseat schnell beantwortet. Dies alles weiß ich sehr zu schätzen. Immer weiter so!

May 26,2022The seat I bought is very comfortable and has shown no signs of wear in the months I've used it. I am over 6ft and the seat felt perfect, with the adjustable pedals I can imagine it working for a range of heights both taller and shorter. The chair is easy to fold up and store if not being used. The mat I bought has also done a good job in absorbing the marks that may be made on hard floor, or dents that would appear in carpet. Top tier product which I wholly recommend.

May 18,2022Als ich den Stuhl bekommen habe war ich Restlos begeistert und vom aufbau her auch das einzige was nur war es haben wenige Schrauben gefehlt was aber nicht schlimm war dann des weitere das hochwertigere pedalerie set von trustmasters 3 Pedale passt zwar auf die Halterung aber gibt leider keine Möglichkeit es anders zu setzen weder hoch noch runter da eine weitere Platte besser dazu gewesen wäre genau für die Pedale daher ein minus Punkt im ganzen. Aber alles um allen sehr hochwertig und perfekt für Einsteiger

Within 2 hours and several back and forth emails, I was persuaded to upgrade to a seat that actually worked optimally with the steering controller I purchased. I love when someone obviously loves their job.

May 11,2022I am the proud owner of a playseat ultimate F1 red Ferrari recently. This cockpit is very stable and rigid. the seat and steering wheel settings are top notch and super well thought out. The materials used for construction are of very good quality. The playseat team is great, they are great professionals. The speed of response to the many emails sent is impressive. The playseat is expensive but it is worth it, for those who still hesitate go for it!!!! Thanks again to the playseat team for this jewelry. Jimmy.M
