Jul 30,2021I ordered my seat on sunday and received it wednesday! Pleasantly surprised how fast it got here from the UK to the USA🙂 it was very well packaged and protected for shipping. Very well built and easy to put together. When installing the Logitech g29 steering wheel and shifter and pedals, i did have to use a small round file to enlarge 3 mounting slots to get the top 3 bolts of the pedal set to start and tighten.

Jul 18,2021I have been holding off on getting a playseat because the ordering seemed intimidating as it states in their website that they have limited delivering areas (which does not include my country) but I just had to shoot my shot and send an email inquiring on possibly making it happen. Despite the time zone difference, they responded courteously and promptly. We were able to coordinate well to have a playseat unit shipped and delivered in my country which was not listed in their website. Even after they have done their part of delivering it to my home country, they kept in touch with me to help me get it through customs by providing more documents necessary to prove that it was a personal order and not for commercial purposes as suspected by our local customs. Once I had received it and assembled it, I thanked them for making a long time dream come true and been enjoying the playseat ever since.

I had a lot of questions regarding shipping times as I'm ordering from a different country to where it will be shipped and was on a tight schedule to have it reach. The customer service was great, got prompt replies throughout and they shipped the product out within an hr of my placing it. I recieved the FedEx confirmation and delivery time is well within what I needed. Great support staff!

Jul 14,2021Habe den Sitz Freitag mittags bestellt und er wurde am folgenden Montag geliefert. Super verpackt. Montage war mit 70 Minuten angemessen und auch für Laien einfach durchzuführen. Sitzkomfort und Position sind top, Verstellmöglichkeiten decken das ganze Spektrum ab. Alles in Allem bin ich höchstzufrieden und kann sowohl den Hersteller als auch das Produkt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Jul 13,2021great service. Bought a playseat challenge and it arrived in few days, just like buying from my local country amazon store. Products quality is very good, even if a bit overpriced compared to what is offered. In my case I needed a foldable simracing rig, and the playseat challenge is quite unique despite non being 100% great quality compared to the price. Customer service is nice and fast too.

Jul 10,2021Top notch product. Bought a gearshift holder and seat slider, I had to do a few adjustments to make it work on my seat as it is not from playseat, everything went without any problems. I can only recommend this product!

Jul 30,2021Tja, was soll ich sagen? Der playseat challenge wurde schnell versendet, noch schneller aufgebaut und im racing bin ich zwar (noch) nicht der schnellste, aber nun endlich bequem unterwegs! Von der Verarbeitung kann ich bis jetzt auch nur positives sagen, alles in allem ein super Produkt zu einem sehr fairen Preis.
