May 05,2021J'ai commandé un playseat challenge il y a quelques semaines. J'avait beaucoup des doutes au début du fait qu'il était pliable. Je pensais que le siège n'allais pas ètre suffisament rigide (de ce fait aussi j'ai choisi une marque réputé9. Après quelaue semaines d'hésitation, j'ai décidé de l'acheter car j'habite dans un appartement et je n'avait pas trop le choix qu'avoir cette structure. Finalement une fois reçu et facilement monté, je trouve que c'est un produit très bien fait et qui réponds totalement à mes besoins. Honnêtement, si vous êtes dans une situation similaire, n'hésitez pas sur ce produit. Je lui ai recommandé déjà à mon meilleur ami qui va aussi acheter le même produit.

Produit facile à monter, bonne construction, produit de qualité. Le siège est confortable. Posé une question via courriel et réponse très rapide du service à la clientèle. Achat recommandé sans problème.

Apr 24,2021The new Sensation Pro has been a struggle. After battling for a couple weeks to get it set up, I then recieved the updated manual that shows I was sent the entirely wrong steering column/top of the rig. Considering the cost of this rig, I understand mistakes happen, but I do not understand the lack of urgency to get me the correct parts. It has been several days since I have heard anything back. It's not that I expect it to be overnight shipped, but 100% every single effort should have been made to correct this. The amount of frustration and time it has taken to make this work, only to discover much later that the hardware is wrong, it inexcusable. If they remedy this, I'll update my review.

Apr 24,2021I couldn’t find the F1 playseat chair anywhere & it was the ONLY thing I could think of getting Hubby for his birthday. The team were super helpful & made it very easy for me to purchase this seat & have it shipped in time (especially in these current strange times!) It’s not Hubby’s birthday for a couple of weeks so I haven’t opened the box but hope it’s ok & Hubby will be thrilled with it when he opens it. Many thanks guys! : )

Apr 20,2021Wir sind in der Endphase des Baus eines 3DOF Simulators und suchten einen Sitz für das Gerät. Zuerst habe ich mich bei Ebay Kleinanzeigen umgesehen und wollte einen gebrauchten Rennsitz von Recaro nehmen. Zum Vergleich schaute ich dann bei Playseat nach, weil ich den Namen kannte und stieß auf den Air Force, der mit 400 Euro nur wenig mehr als der Recaro kosten sollte. Zugleich hat der Playseat den Vorteil der verstellbaren Montageplatten für Throttle, Joystick und eine weitere Ablage für Maus oder Zusatztastatur. Damit war der Recaro auch preislich aus dem Rennen, denn die Ablagen hätten wir zusätzlich bauen müssen. Der Sitz kam umgehend aus Holland und war in drei Tagen da - sehr gut. War auch einfach aufzubauen. Eine Zusatzplatte von anderen Maßen (für andere Joystickmaße) war dabei, ausserdem können die Platten gegeneinander getauscht werden (sie haben unterschiedliche Maße), sinnvolle Anpassung. Sehr gute Verarbeitung. Sehr straff zu montieren ist der Holm der Joystickhalterung, aber machbar. Ein Wermutstropfen: die Rückenlehne kann nicht sehr weit nach hinten gestellt werden, man sitzt eher wie auf einem Bürostuhl, hier wünschte ich mir mehr Einstellmöglichkeit. Zudem für uns vielleicht ein Problem: das Gewicht (nachschauen im Katalog) ist hoch für einen Simulator. Für Normalos, die nur den Sitz wollen ist das aber von Vorteil, weil man auch mit 3D Brille sicheren Halt im Sitz hat. Wir brauchen sicher auch einen Gurt für den Sim, den andere natürlich nicht brauchen. Und man hat in dem Sitz ausreichend Höhe für den Standartbetrieb, man sitzt nicht direkt auf dem Boden, es ist ein bequemer Stuhl. Das waren meine 2 Cents dazu, habe alles richtig gemacht mit dem Kauf. (Nein, ich habe nix für meine positive Meinung bekommen und arbeite auch nicht bei der Firma ;) ) Hoffentlich konnte ich helfen.

Apr 18,2021A la recherche d'un support pour mon volant G29, manquant de place pour un playseat. Celui-ci pouvant ce replier est un super investissement. Pouvant être rangé dans la plus grande facilité. Après quelques heures passé dedans le confort est top on est bien installé, parfait pour être immersion dans ses différentes simulations auto. Les matériaux semble être de bonne qualité je ne doute pas que cela durera dans le temps. En conclusion c'est une bon investissement.

Apr 14,2021Livraison rapide, chaise de qualité, avec des matériaux robustes et lourds, qui permettent de se sentir complètement à l'aise quand on utilise la bascule. J'ai décidé d'investir sur le long terme pour mon dos. J'ai suivi les conseils d'un pote qui a une chaise depuis + de 4 ans et qui en est entièrement satisfait, et j'ai bien fait!

Montage super simple et express, sans vise, le siège est de conception solide, le métal est de bonne qualité, je suis très stable dans le siège. Il suffit de quelques secondes déplier et installer le siège, pareil pour le ranger. On est bien installé dedans, l'alcantara est de qualité aussi. Je suis très satisfait du produit, je le recommande pour les petits budget ou ce qui manque de place, c'est le top, il n'y a pas mieux !

When I contacted customer service via online chat I was told that the order will be cancelled and I got my money the day after. I have then made another order and the next day I got confirmation that my items have been dispatched already.

Apr 10,2021I cannot say enough great things about PlaySeat, or the people who make them. We bought our first one three years ago, and just ordered two more. The quality is incredible, and everything is so well thought out to make your sim racing experience as realistic as possible. Likewise, Jesse, Hans and the entire crew give incredible customer service. If I could give them more than five stats, I would. You have to get a PlaySeat!

Apr 09,2021Rapidez de respuesta es lo que más destacaría. Un servicio muy bueno. Pero no puedo darle las 5 estrellas por el idioma. En mi caso me defiendo en ingles pero quien no sepa nada de este idioma tendrá un serio problema de comunicación con ellos.

Apr 09,2021Overall, I think the product is a little overpriced. It's cool that you can get the product officially licensed to your favorite team. I think It's a decent quality seat, but I wouldn't say that it is highly recommended for every set of pedals/sim equipment. There is certainly a fair amount of flex on steering wheels with high amounts of force feedback. If you buy this seat, plan on buying a piece of plywood for underneath it to help stabilize the platform a bit when getting in/out.
