Apr 13,2024Leak in airing cupboard relating to first floor pumping system. Two visits. One to assess and advise, the second to fix. Very good explanations as to what might be causing/encouraging the leak and what would be needed. On the day, system drained and work done. Friendly and sensible. Various methods to pay. Good communication throughout by e-mail and phone. (Ryan). Clearly quite a workload and parts had to be ordered so there were a couple of weeks between visits but that was OK (temporary seal done and cupboard emptied). Professional and reliable. Can recommend, without reservation.
