From the initial contact with the office staff through to the engineer (Mitch) attending, customers are treated with respect and friendliness and kept informed. The charges are explained and we have always found them to be reasonable and fair. Would recommend Plumbgas for any plumbing or heating needs.

Mar 14,2024With our boiler suddenly producing a leak you sent a technician within a few hours to investigate. We were without hot water and central heating. Good that we have a gas fire that you regularly service, that was called into action for the first time in years! The boiler repair was completed a few days later. Excellent response and repair, thank you.

His help was much appreciated and we are 100% happy with the service received.
