Mar 20,2020We had been having problems with our heating for a number of years and after several visits from various central heating companies, we had not been able to resolve the problem with radiators not working. When Paul and his team of engineers came from Plumbing Care Services, they impressed us with their knowledge, dedication and determination to resolve the problem. They have gone above and beyond with their time and issue finding, and as a result we now have central heating system that heats the whole house for the first time in many years. We are delighted with the service we received. The engineers were customer focused and extremely knowledgeable and determined to resolve the problem. We cannot recommend them highly enough if you need your system troubleshooting.

Paul the heating engineer came the same day, he was very knowledgeable but explained his findings in a way I could understand, and did the same by email. When the boiler couldn't be replaced for a few days, Paul came back late one evening to get the old boiler going again at no extra cost. Thanks

I was also particularly grateful that the organisation committed to their promise of completing the work before Xmas, which was clearly a very busy and stretched time for them. My downstairs is now warm again and I’ve tried a couple of plumbers over the last two or so years. It’s made a real difference to how we use our home and how comfortable we are as a family. Originally, he came to deal with a shower pump that was faulty - he is knowledgeable and used his intelligence and logic to work through the problem. Since then he has come back to effect repairs and replace toilet siphons that were faulty and to service our boiler. We will be using his services in the future.

Aug 23,2019Unfortunately i had a very negative experience with this company. I used them to remove 2 and install 4 radiators, which I supplied. This took 8 hours, and they billed me almost £1000 for the days labour and about £50 worth of parts. When I queried the bill and complained it was excessive they did reduce it but I still paid over £500 for the day's work. They said that because of that there would be no warranty on their workmanship. Within 2 months I had a leak, which they did fix "as a courtesy" and now 2 months later the towel rail is coming off the wall and they are refusing to rectify. So i still paid over the odds and had a fail rate on 2 of the 4 installs. Not good enough. Only use if you don't mind paying over £80/hour for iffy workmanship
