Dec 08,2018Non esistono zero stelle altrimenti meriterebbero quello...ho personalmente telefonato per precisare di aver bisogno della consegna in una data precisa..ho fatto tutto correttamente affinché ciò accadesse,invece nel giorno del 50 esimo compleanno di mio marito non ho potuto consegnare il regalo che,se non mi avessero garantito la massima puntualità,avrei acquistato in un negozio.Non tutti hanno bisogno di ricevere il pacco entro una tale data,quindi due giorni più o meno non fanno differenza,ma quando garantisci che la consegna arriverà,sapendo che è un punto fondamentale perché io acquisti presso il tuo sito,se il corriere non passa quel giorno presso la tua azienda a ritirare il pacco da spedire,prendi a cuore la questione e cerchi di trovare una soluzione..non fai come hanno fatto questi incompetenti che ti garantiscono una cosa e poi se ne fregano di far in modo che il tutto vada secondo accordi...veramente delusa dal totale menefreghismo.

Dec 08,2018I bought a brand new Omega watch from Alantino on Pluswatch. Helpful and experienced watch dealer. I would definitely recommend Plus watch if you want to buy a new or used watch. You can buy from Plus watch on either chrono24 or by just making a bank transfer as I did. After Plus Watch recived my money, I had the watch in 24 hours.

Reasons: The communication with the team is fluid and all answers are provided in short delay. The product received is exactly as described, additional photos are offered to be sent upon request before closing rhe deal. The item you are interested in is considered reserved by the company, as long as there is a negotiation going on, which is very honest. The packaging is very well done, your timepiece is well protected during the transport. The transporter used is DHL, including tracking number and very detailed tracking. My watch was delivered express, i.e I had it in hands (on my wrist) 24 hours after payment had been confirmed. In my case express delivery was included in the sales price. I consider all this outstanding service. Thanks to Mr Sponta and his team for a great customer experience.
