Dec 13,2016I bought a Moonwatch Pro. Manual winding. It was described as NEW but without protection stickers. I asked if the watch was new and he confirmed. It was excellent conditions but not NEW! It turned out that it was been bought back from a customer who already had woren the watch, and probally tryed to change the bracelet so the case got 4 scratches.... New is different! I kept the watch because it is still beautyful :-) and the only option that i got was to send it back.... At the beginning even on my costes, after a while I got offered free shipement. Bottom line the watch is good, shipement was fast, the comunication could be better and the customers care could definetly improve. I wanted to give three stars but that would be too hard 3,5 would be perfect for this transaction. At least I think it was not in purpose but the obligingness could have been much better.

Dec 02,2016Just bought a new Breitling Superocean Heritage for a great price from Mr Sponta without any problem. Paid for the watch on Tuesday, watch shipped on Wednesday and received the watch on Thursday. Highly recommended to deal with.

Nov 26,2016Al giorno d'oggi comprare online è un rischio e in special modo quando si parla dell'acquisto di orologi di un certo valore, ho acquistato 2 orologi, un Rolex ed un Omega assieme e quindi ero un po' presa di paura, vista la mia precedente conversazione con altro venditore (poco serio) , poi ho notato questi due orologi da Pluswatch e l'ho chiamato personalmente, intanto è stato molto cortese spiegandomi con serietà gli oggetti in questione e nel giro di 3 giorni dalla telefonata ho avuto gli orologi a casa speditomi con portavolori, confezionati in maniera pazzesca che nemmeno potevano fare un minimo di gioco le scatole, con carta con le bolle d'aria in modo da non sbattere, le scatole erano senza un graffio nuovissime e tutto di una precisione e pulizia mai visti, arrivato tutto corretto con quanto descritto, appena le è arrivato il mio bonifico, mi ha imballato tutto e spedito nelle stessa mattina, sono contenta anche perché dopo questo acquisto posso dire fermamente di aver trovato il mio venditore di fiducia, lo consiglio al mille per mille, se si parla di Pluswatch di Alantino Sponta andate tranquilli perché è Onestà e massima Serietà.

Sponta, persona cortese, preparata, disponibile e competente in tutti gli aspetti tecnico-commerciali. Ho trovato il tutto perfetto, affidabile e finanche gradevole. L'orologio e' in funzione da due giorni e va' che e ' una meraviglia: e' puro piacere estetico. Per il futuro, relativo agli orologi, PlusWatch, nella persona dell’ing.
