Jun 08,2022EDIT: After my negative review here I was finally contacted and offered a full refund which I received. It still leaves a bad experience but at least I can confirm I wasn’t scammed. I made my order on October 20th 2021 and still haven't received my order!!! I contacted the site a few times to see when will I get it and the response was always the same - be patient. After I decided to request a refund and cancel my order no one responded. So basically I just lost about 520 euros. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Jan 25,2022All buyers Beware of this unfair seller. I definitely do not recommend buying through this seller. I do not know if they are able to deliver goods within the Netherland, but they are completely unable to deliver the consignment to other EU countries. Their business dealings are very unrespectable. I have ordered pokemon box with delivery to The Czech Republic. They have guaranteed delivery of the goods (pokemon box) to my address. I paid full payment for goods including shipping costs in advance. Unfortunately, I did not receive the shipment due to their fault or the fault of their carrier. Shipping costs should be cover by them or the carrier. They have incorrectly kept my shipping payment. They just got enrich. Plus, they've been disposing with my money for almost 4 months. DAVID

Dec 04,2021There were so problems with the deliverance of my package by DHL. I contacted Pokeshops and they started an investigation why my package was not delivered. Two days after the investigation, I happily received my package. Pokeshops took my order very seriously and responded fast via facebook. Thank you for the service Pokeshops!!

Sep 14,2022I have been waiting for my order since the 18th of October 2021 (Celebrations UPC) and have been told that they are coming in until August this year. Then I asked for a refund and they said that they would issue a refund writhing 15 days and nothing happened up to now and they deleted their whole Social Media appearance as well as their website. I now initiate the first legal steps - this is not acceptable.
