Jan 02,2025The poles themselves are good and I am sure they will like good when up. However, the instructions for installation do not relate to the poles I received and I am unable to remove the bits that you need to attach to the wall. There is a small Alan key supplied but I cannot get it to work. I am going to have to get a handyman in.

Dec 29,2024Ordered a metropol which arrived without end caps or wall brackets, contacted Poles Direct who asked me to check box and send photographs. Advised eventually that they had been posted out to me and still 2 weeks later no missing bits received, so I have a metal tube with curtains hooks which cannot be attached to the wall. Avoid, their customer service team appear to fob you off hoping you will go away.

Dec 27,2024Pole arrived box was rattling, once opened there was hardly any packaging filler to protect the bars, with the fittings loose in the box. They were in bags though. One of the 2.4m rods was slightly bent but due to wanting to get them up for Xmas decided to try and straighten ourselves. Poles Direct are reasonably priced but definitely need to work on their item packaging.

Jan 02,2025I ordered 5 curtain rails on 20 November. I was invoiced promptly but the order never arrived. Update - I have just received my order after contacting customer services. All correct and well packaged. I think the delivery company had lost my order.
