Phoned customer service and I couldn't get the parts sent as I'm not the name on the order, I'm no expert but I'm not trying to access personal information I'm trying to get a couple of inexpensive parts which failed to arrive. It was my wife who places the order. Plus it took 46 mins to get through. Not impressed at all

Jan 07,2025The screws that hold the poles to the brackets are too small so the counter sink needs to be larger!! Otherwise all good.

Jan 06,2025So I am not in the habit of complaining but I would like to warn people about this company. I ordered a rail of 3m35 and there were only 34 gliders provided (basically for one curtain not 2). I thought it was a mistake so I contacted the company. I got a message back that this was correct and that I selected the standard glider width. This standard option does not specify the glider width (which is 100mm), only the other 2 options specify the glider width (60mm and 80mm) which you can select for the same price. I would have assumed that standard would be more gliders than the other options. I reported that there is no indication of what the standard width is on their website and got a response back that they are working on correcting this. I just wanted another 34 gliders sent to me but in stead I got an offer that I can order something against 50% off between 2/1/2025 and 2/2/2025. Really! Why would I order something else and pay for it while their website does not provide essential information? How would 100mm be standard, the curtains look very bad with a width of 10cm between gliders. I just wanted to get more gliders because you cannot find their sizes online but they just want more money off you. So my advice is to stay away from this company unless you are not expecting any issues… but then again I did not either.

Jan 03,2025The pole is great and just as described, however the bracket provided is not fit for purpose. I purchased a 35mm diameter pole, a pole specifically stated on their website to be suitable for "heavy weight curtains", however the brackets that were provided i have since found out are lightweight adjustable brackets, costing around £5 each on a competitors website and entirely not fit for a heavy weight curtain. As a result they have both failed within 2 weeks of being put up. Emailed over holidays and chased again today, but not much point selling a pole with fixtures and fittings when the fixtures and fittings cannot support the same as the pole. Odd product matching choice indeed. Edit; as of 4 weeks after emailing failed to even get a response from their customer services.
