Fast postage and perfect condition

Bought a pole for a bay window that specifically says it will work for bays. The C clips don’t go around the bend or over the bracket. I tried to ask advice and no-one came back to me. So I bought more C clips in other sizes to see if that works but it’s just money I’m wasting. Customer service is poor. Can’t open or close the curtains without physically standing on a chair and coaxing the brackets around bends and over brackets.

Great product for customising the pole to the exact size reqd. Looks good and no telescopic pieces which the curtains can snag on. Tip, if you cut the pole, put the finials on the cut ends for a perfect finish.

AVOID - they arrange courier to pick up unused item and then claim we have used it and refuse to offer refund for item.

The website was easy to understand and ordering was straightforward. Delivery was quick. My only complaint was the delivery time was 8am to 6pm. I don't know why a smaller window couldn't be given. In fact it came at 8.15 am so I was really happy.
