Aug 23,2024Like the product, though the wall plugs weren't suitable for the screw size. Did have a problem with delivery---DX gave me a delivery slot 5 days in a row before the poles finally arrived. I was concerned that the poles would be damaged as the packaging was pretty rough by the time they arrived, but all were OK.

Aug 23,2024I was happy that my order arrived, safe and sound, on the date stated. I was very pleased with the quality of the poles and for 4 sets, I thought the price was reasonable. I am thrilled by the look of them now they are up and hanging my curtains. They look lovely. Two black and two brass poles, both pairs with cage finials, have given my rooms a touch of class. The fitting was straight forward, even down to cutting to size, and the packs had all the fittings needed to complete the job. I'm a very happy customer!

Aug 23,2024The Poles Direct website was easy to navigate, and there I found what I was looking for at a good price, my items were quickly despatched but the carrier DHL sadly let them down: I was given a delivery time by DHL and when my package did not arrive in that time slot I contacted DHL and they told me their driver attempted delivery but no one was at home, this was untrue as I was working in the front garden at said time and no DHL van came near, so I’m very pleased with my Poles Direct purchase, which I received the next day👍, and DHL not so much👎.
