Oct 26,2023This is my second time trying to reorder contact lenses. The first time they were "lost in shipment" when I kept receiving no tracking info for weeks. This is now the second time I have gotten no updates and no response from customer service. I'm only ordering because I can't find these lenses elsehwere.

Oct 17,2024I was sent defective lenses, you can't see out of them at all!! I tried several times over different days as did my housemate and we both got the same results. Horrible customer service, rude, barely responding and just blaming me for the problem!!!! Avoid at all cost
