Mar 12,2024Ordered online which was straight forward. Tracking of the delivery by Fed Ex was OK but arrived later than their target time. Packaging was inadequate as the contents were poking out of the top. The delivery driver waited until I had removed and checked all the components were present and undamaged. The lamp is beautiful and we are very pleased with it.
