Jan 29,2024I Ordered 2 plug in wall lights, which came the next day, unfortunately in one of the boxes the shade & a plastic part were missing, I telephoned the same day to tell them what had happened & the man who I spoke to was very apologetic & said he would sort the parts out straight away.
