Jan 22,2021please watch out when you are buying off these people nearly got caught out at the checkout advertised as free shipping then they added over £10 for postage they have since altered the price on the item upwards to cover the postage but keep an eye out just in case it stated under uk shipping Charnwood Machines to 30kg free which was altered after i complained and which they refused to honour and then accused me of sending threatening e mails when i was only pointing out the facts

I came across Flexi tags via Google and Poolewood provided the best deal on a Framers Corner T225 gun and Flex tags. The service was excellent and delivery was good. The tool is superb and very easy to use, just what I needed for a professional finish.

Dec 22,2020Bought a Fox pillar drill. Turns out my order was last unit in stock and that unit was damaged. Poolewood offered to upgrade to a better Fox model at no extra cost or give full refund. I chose to upgrade. Drill arrived 2 working days later. Superb service from Poolewood.

Dec 04,2020I have only one thing I would appreciate and that concerns the payment for shipping and that is to know cost of transport when ordering. Because first I pay the price of the goods at your place and later I will receive from you how much I have to pay for the transport. This does not seem logical to me because the price may be too high for me and I would like to cancel an order that I have already paid for. Everything else related to your shop is great. thanks
