I sent Ian at Poolewood an email when my item hadn't arrived in the expected time, and he had no hesitation sending another as we both thought the item was lost in the post. I've since received the first item sent - it was just Royal Mail being slow - and will be happy to return the second package back to Poolewood, but was very happy with their help to resolve the matter even though it was just my impatience!

Jan 26,2022I bought this item in December 2020. It was delivered on a pallet three days later. Brilliant. Bought for one specific job which I could not get any so called professionals to do. (Too difficult!) Job - 20x12mm x 200mm deep holes in 30mm thick floating display shelves. Drill was accurate, stable and adequately adjustable.

Dec 13,2021Good price promptly delivered and exactly what I wanted. Absolutely no complaint with Poolewood but the Sheppach assembly instructions were not the best sequence for assembly and caused real grief. Unlikely to need another one so wont be able to assemble it correctly!!!!

Dec 03,2021Picture Framing Tool Having purchased on line, we were subsequently informed that a delayed despatch date would now be incurred due to inward delivery delays being experienced by the seller. On our instigation we requested a further update when the delayed period was reached. We were given an updated delivery schedule and the goods arrived with 24 hours to spare.
