There was a misunderstanding when I received some incorrect shipping information and Kate quickly rectified the situation and let me know that my purchase was intact and on the way…. I really appreciated her responses and attention to detail. The portrait came wrapped very securely so it shipped beautifully. Great experience, highly recommend!

She was receptive to my ideas about how to tweak the photoshopped reference portrait which itself was from an original photo whose colors weren't very balanced. The end result was amazing and I'm looking forward to hanging it up where I can see it every day!
