Jul 06,2023I purchased a lawnmower that was delivered on September 28, 2022. It developed some issues (won't start when hot) and on June 21, 2023 the plastic casing broke. I cannot use the lawnmower anymore because the blade is touching the ground. The item is supposed to come with 3-year warranty, but when I called 800.791.9458, a customer service number, I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to hang up. Update. Three and a half months later I get a response on TrustPilot? I commend you for your efficiency!

Jul 22,2023After trying to reach customer service for 6 months and never getting past hold it's apparent they do not exist. Don't bother trying to file a warranty claim or ordering parts which YOU WILL NEED with their products as they are a scam corporation.
