This is then followed up by another phone call asking you to amend your feedback if they don't like the answer they get. All I wanted to do was to buy an impact driver!

The equipment turned up within 25 hrs of ordering not including a Sunday and worked straight away.. I cannot rate the drill yet as I have not used it but the company that i perchased it from will certainly be getting more business from my company.

He held the last drill in stock for me whilst the confusion over my payment was sorted and as soon as it was sorted my drill was sent.
