Jul 20,2017Tools were delivered today. I was in the shed when they were delivered, so my girlfriend signed for them and brought them up to me with a cup of tea. Just as she came into the shed my phone rang. Customer service ringing to tell me that someone else had signed for the tools and making sure everything was alright. A very personal touch that is so often missing from modern firms.
