I had been working with Precise for several years until recently they apparently went out of business. With no warning and ~$800 in my account, they simply stop picking up their phones and I have heard nothing in over 2 months. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but zero stars is not an option here. Precise Leads is apparently out of business. I have been a loyal paying customer of theirs for 12 years no & a couple of months ago the leads stopped completely even though I still had close to $3300.00 in my account. Now, after 12 years they do not answer the phones and do not return my calls....nor my $$! They have ripped me of for almost $3300.00. I will be filing a formal complaint with the NY Attorney Generals office to see about getting my $$ back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRECISE LEADS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY AS YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY LEADS.
Be careful , they provide good leads at first and then the leads disappear, you can’t get your money back and they have a way of blocking you call so you don’t reach anyone, I’m not sure how they can legally do this, but beware!!!
here is my percentage of bad leads over the past several months. (disconnected, wrong number, etc) December: 14.78 January: 17.49 February: 20.42 March: 22.22 April: 40.74 So things have been getting worse and worse, and now that i am over 40% bad leads, i have to move on. they dont ever return your phone calls so i cant even really work with them on improving the campaign.
Leads and customer service are crap.
Got my first 10 leads in. 4 sales and still working two more. I will definitely be using them more.
Leads provided are not valuable nor are they sourced properly. Customer service is nonexistent.
We buy and generate thousands of leads per month. This company has to be the worst lead provider we have ever bought from. The leads are not good and when you question it there is no logical answer they can ever give you. Also, even if you do try them, I would strongly advise to only give them as little money upfront as possible. They will not refund you money if the leads are bad. They will only keep giving you crappy leads until they use up all of your money. Horrible customer service and business practice. Buyer beware!!

I've been using Precise Leads for a few years now and have been pleased. Most of my leads have been life insurance in North Carolina.
Dan Black is a good guy but the leads are bad. I could not reach most of them. You bought some from Everquote the day before on a couple occasions.
The leads I am getting are in most cases replaced but have to say many of these leads are bogus. Many of the leads I buy are telling me that they have never filled out anything to get quotes on insurance. I must say my rep Chelsea is amazing.
No prompt callback from my account manager. Maybe there has been another change in that position. I have wanted to increase my lead flow. There is not a lot of interaction with recise to get the job done.
The lead return process is VERY cumbersome. And, when they give you leads that don't meet the filters, they say, "You keep those leads to call at exdates, so you should pay for them still." They have a 15% cap on lead returns. My individual rep, Michelle, has been great. Compared to smaller guys, they have the processes setup to get you leads, get them sent systematically, and to give you options. I wish you didn't have to speak to the rep to make changes. I feel like a kid asking for permission to make a change to the account.
many duplicate leads after several years with this company. half of the new leads I receive have already been sent to me, in some cases several times before. The return process is time consuming especially when I have to follow up on rejected returns that were duplicates. Once and a while I get good new leads and am able to convert them, but I find myself questioning the return on investment especially when it comes to chasing them down for credit on what I believe are recycled leads. Really love the leads. There is no truly exclusive lead company but when I search the numbers and emails in my CRM's I never see duplicates from other companies. People that understand what I just said will know what that means. Highly recommended.

Oct 23,2019One Star is generous. They stopped sending me leads months ago, they stopped answering phone calls and emails. Today the website is down and the numbers are disconnected. They kept $328 of my money. Mike D
