I haven't had too many issues with the company, however, very few of the leads come through with accurate information or interest of reviewing insurance. Also, I never received an accurate answer regarding the additional profiles created unbeknownst to my agency.
Great leads, A lead is a lead. What the sales agent does with lead really determines the success. The lead I receive from Precise are real time and I have success contacting the lead
The Lesds are workable. The customer service is great.
the leads are sold to more than promised (3-5 agents is always the promise with every lead service which is total BS) but so do the other lead services (some people tell me they get 20-30 calls and want to give up). However, they are very good about crediting bad leads (of which there are many).

It's painfully obvious Precise is trying to fill quantities at the expense of any quality. Save your money and hire a telemarketer if you want to save time making calls.
Has not worked.
In two days I received 3 leads. All 3 were bogus. They like to get on computer and give requests for very large amounts of coverage and be very old. Ex. today a 76 yr old man wanted $500,000. Yesterday a woman age 77 (I believe) wanted $1,000,000 of coverage. This must change quickly or I don't want anymore leads.
I'm sorry but this has been a big waste of my money. Because I am a new agent, this money that I spent is from my own personal bank account. Precise Leads FAILED to deliver viable leads in the Life Insurance category. The leads were rife with people who would not answer the phone which lead to eventual blocking from me calling them throughout the days and weeks. When I did get hold of people, one stated that she wanted to know how to SELL Life Insurance. Another wanted Auto insurance and when I pivoted to help him, he was already a Farmers customer with another agent! Everyone else who was able to be contacted said that they did not want any insurance and they wondered how I had gotten their number.
Unacceptable. No drivers license. Multiple Accidents on most leads. Invalid information

Mar 22,2018The leads are not consistent. Some weeks the leads are profitable but only about 2%. The leads do not meet my filters and we have to obtain a credit. Which though is a good process with Precise.
