Products usually come nicely packaged but recently received a skin cream that arrived opened and when I reached out to customer service Stephanie was quick to resolve the issue by shipping me a new product. Very disappointed in the product the service was very pushy I have tried to contact the company and the manager to get a refund after I saw articles stating how this was a scam and how many of the Israeli workers are here without proper documentation. The eye product cracks and becomes flaky after a few hours you're unable to wear makeup. The face mask does not really work. The products are overpriced it's cheaper online.This is a total scam I told the salesmen several times I did not want the products and he kept pushing.
I just bought this product up to $800 but my skin is really sensitive and it make my skin more worst. I had ask the sellers before I bought it. But she said it will good to for my skin and if it not I can return it. When I use it, it not work at all and I felt my skin itchy. So I ask for return and she said I cannot return she just apply for exchange.
Why I only rate one star is due to your staff is too pushy for me and make me feel so uncomfortable! I understand that as a retail u must really need to push up your sales and that’s was my horrible experience ever after I purchase $300plus for the items! This is my first time to write a bad comment,I hope u note down!I just wanted to buy the earpiece adapter @ nex mall . Well, there’s your staff pass me a sample and invite me to the shop and see your promotion products when I was pass by. Ok, there’s one things I need to inform u is that u train your staff very well due to the product knowledge but it doesn’t mean u can hard sell on me that because I don’t reject very directly!!! But I did reject about 4 times and your staff still pushing the stuffs on me with a black face ! I didn’t interest on the items she promoted ! This is really a bad service I’d ever seen !! Could you just inform your staff that try to see what customer body language? Some more I was polite than your staff 🙂 After that I’ve been reject a few times until the manager approached me (Carmen). Well , I would like to thanks her for the good service. She trying to explain for me and not so pushing. End up I brought from her not only because on your product but also on her attitude and good service! I want to thank Stephanie for being so thoughtful in replacing my damaged order. Not only did she replace the 2 broken cleansers but she also replaced my whole order of 9 creams + 1 extra and 1 cleanser + 1 extra. These were all wrapped in a beautiful box with a pink ribbon like they used to do plus 1 little box with little gifts. These 2 boxes were out in an outer box so they won’t get damaged. I was so excited when I opened the boxes because it’s like receiving a beautiful gift. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking the time to look after your customer. I made order and payed, no order email arrived although the money were taken from the card. I contacted them through mail and contact form but got no response
I ordered a foundation which turned out to be too light for my skin. I contacted Premier and Stephanie replaced it with the perfect shade without asking me to return the lighter one. My daughter, who does have lighter skin, is now using the first foundation and has become a Premier fan herself. Stephanie is the best. My experience with her could not have been better.
Horrible, I had requested a refund, for a product from a mall. However due to the circumstances, they refused my request 2 DAYS after purchases because of covid19. And I understand that, of course, however telling me that every store was unable to do returns was weird. Because I also worked at that mall and everyone was extending returns. No one had told me, and also it said on the receipt I had 14 DAYS to return it. I felt ridiculed, and feeling embarrassed I emailed customer service. JUST TO END UP being on hold every time they called, or I tried to call back. I understand that during these times, it is busy and difficult. But seriously? And then they called me at work, telling me that it was difficult to reach me WHEN I EMAILED THEM asking when would be a good time to call. And then they proceeded telling me, they would never have done that to me it was probably a misunderstanding and that I should call the manager. They gave me an excuse that they were busy...WHAT? YOU ARE CALLING ME AT work? When I even asked you guys when I can reach you at a good time. Well they gave me another number, and I was like are you fr? I was lowkey mad, especially since they didn’t talk about any return or refund. And it wasn’t even much, compared to the other products. Look, I was tired of it and said thanks. However customer service just hanged up on me. Like... I just want a refund... and I’ve called u three times only to get back another phone number. So I call the manager of the store and GUESS WHAT? SHE DIDNT PICK UP!?!? This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!
Stephanie responded very quickly to my concern over being charged for a free item. She politely stated it was likely a website issue but I know it might have been my mistake. Anyway a credit was issued promptly and I am very pleased with the customer service.

I was another person drawn in at the mall by a fast talker. What he showed me cost $600. Then it dropped to $250 with a free mask product thrown in. It got the eye serum with the mask. He made it sound like the eye serum would last a long time but it for only for about an hour or two. The scrub is nothing special. I don't feel as if it is worth all the money they charge. Since I was disappointed I felt ripped off. Do your home work first. There are allot of products out there and none are miracles.

Apr 06,2021Beware of hard-selling agents, that you will feel awful after dealing with. Luckily I didn't fall for much; but I still had nightmares that night. They fast talk you, saying things like, "I'm not one to have many facial products in my bathroom; I like simplicity." - and then before you know it, they are trying to get you to buy half a dozen items, at least. I was invited in for a free facial...After doing half my face, I was told to look at it WITH THE OTHER HALF OF MY FACE COVERED WITH A PAPER TOWEL. Then, after I had examined that half of my face, she covered the treated half and held up a mirror for me to see the other, untreated half of my face. So I was never seeing my whole face all at one time. Really?? How stupid do you think I am? I don't believe in products that you have to be conned into buying. If your products are really good, word will get out - people with good experiences will sell the product for you. So DO NOT get conned into buying these horribly expensive products. Nothing can be worth $600 a tube. I've been using one homemade face product, which is just some light oil (like Jojoba) with a few drops of essential oils, and doing facial exercises - and I look at least 10 years younger than I am. I know that these things are helping, because I began aging prematurely, and not long after beginning this regimen, things were reversed - and 11 years later, I'm still looking almost the way I did when I began this routine.
