Jul 20,2019I bought some creams for my best friend in the Dead Sea, Israel. When we got back home, one package of 2 creams had both leaked out of the top and there was less than half left. I was so sad to give my friend a crappy leaking gift. I reached out to USA customer service and they re-shipped the product with a few nice samples in a beautiful gift box. I am so grateful :)

They worked with us and the mall manager for several weeks to get the true story of events and were able to refund all that was taken. Their customer service was excellent! Jun 24,2019I was given samples of these products at Dolphin Mall in Miami. I got a face mask put on half of my face to demonstrate how it worked. I was attracted to the products and decided to buy some of them at a very high price. I went home and did not use the products the same day I bought them. The next morning I woke up with a severe reaction on my face which resembled acne, although I have very clear skin. My eye was swollen from the eye products that were sold to me. I immediately went back to return the UNOPENED and UNTOUCHED products that clearly did not work for me, and they did not allow me to return them, although they could see the way my face had reacted as the swelling or acne had not gone down. They told me to gift them to someone else and did not seem to care the least bit for their faulty products. I was beyond disappointed and DO NOT recommend these products to anyone

Jun 08,2019I would have expected exceptional customer service from a company which sells several hundred dollar skin care products. I was sorely disappointed. I have been ordering from Premier for a few years now, and for the first time, was not thrilled with a new to me facial peel. I normally order the classic refining peel, and decided to try to professional peel. Unfortunately the product did not give the same high quality results as the classic peel. I tried to start the return process online, but their site kept glitching, both on my phone and desk top, part way through the process. Very frustrating. I tried the chat function, but after 5 minutes of no initial response from a representative, I gave up and picked up the phone. I must say I was absolutely appalled at how my call was handled. When I explained the reason for my call, the rep asked me if the product had been opened. When I replied yes, I was told there was a 14 day return period for unopened products only. The woman told me she would need to check with her supervisor. I explained that I've ordered from the company before, and had actually even already ordered the replacement item for the return, so all money would not be lost on their end (not that I should have had to explain this at all). The woman told me again she would need to check with her supervisor and let me know, and then she hung up on me! I have no idea why. The entire conversation was reasonable, I wasn't anything other than friendly in my request. I wondered if she hadn't meant to put me on hold, but it has been 24 hours, and there has been no return phone call or email with follow up to my request.
