Jul 27,2022The store were super efficient at getting additional paving slabs to me (I had under ordered). Team were very helpful with the original order, advising that there would be several weeks delay in getting stock into the UK. The porcelain slabs are extremely good quality and the landscapers have said they will use the company for future works - what more confidence could you ask for?

The porcelain pavers look fantastic on our patio, we looked at other companies but we picked paving store for the quality, price, quick deliver. Thankyou.

Jul 13,2022AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered some Fuga-Pave part C that was in stock, received an email the next day saying there is a stock shortage. I need to cancel the order but cannot get hold of anyone. Chat says available but no one answers, been phoning the number for 2 hours but no one answers. Turns out they are overseas visiting suppliers!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Jul 11,2022I ordered 10% more tiles as instructed and ended up with 10% surplus! What do I do with £100 extra tiles?? Emailed the company to ask, but haven’t had a response at all. Customer service bad, advice bad, only thing good is the tiles themselves, but I chose them.
