Jul 08,2024The whole experience with this firm was near perfect from my first enquiry to the arrival and my installation of the phones (3xT73 handsets with base unit)... and the customer service/after sales support was equally outstanding. I never once had to listen to piped music but always dealt with the same person who responded consistently promptly and with clarity. It felt like entering a new world!

Once set up I know that the customer service is there, though I have not had to rely on it, because the service has been so reliable.
