Dec 14,2018Excellent service from Matthew and the team at Prestons. After getting quotes from some national suppliers of fitted bedroom furniture we stopped by the showroom in Preston to see what else was available. We really liked the modern look of the furniture and found Matthew to be friendly and knowledgeable while answering our questions. After experiencing the pushy sales tactics of other companies it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Matthew! A design was put together which was exactly what we were looking for and within budget so we went ahead with the order. Matthew kept us updated on timescales while awaiting delivery and ensured the installation went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the end result and appreciate the "extra mile" that Matthew goes to throughout the whole process.

Jun 03,2018We had 2 bedrooms fitted+received excellent service from Adam , Matt and their team. They had patience+gave good advice over a long period of time before we decided to go ahead due to other commitments. The price was competative with better quality for money than other companies.The wardrobes are excellent quality+the service provided was also excellent. Nothing too much trouble. We would definately recommend Prestons and Nolte wardrobes.

May 13,2018Very good service from Matthew and Adam at Prestons Bedrooms. Matthew is an excellent designer and will quickly draw up options to consider. Delivery and installation were very professional and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. These guys clearly know what they are doing. If you're looking for top quality bedroom furniture and service - this is the place to visit.

May 10,2018Everything went really well, from the planning and estimating through to the fitting. They deal in quality products and deliver a quality service to match. Our bedroom has been completely transformed! Matthew was good to deal with and the lads doing the fitting worked hard.

We even received a follow up phone call to check we were happy a few days later. Thanks guys - an excellent experience and would certainly be happy to use you again and recommend

Nov 26,2017Excellent customer service from Prestons Bedrooms. From the design by Matt, who helpfully suggested some ideas and additions, to the installation by Adam (who built a vanity area from scratch) all done in a day. Rare to have an installer that actually asks the customer about decisions rather than just do it the easiest/quickest way. The master bedroom is now the star room in the house and is always remarked on by people visiting.
