Feb 25,2025The audiologist who gave me my hearing test explained things simply and clearly. Gave me hearing aids and demonstrated the difference with and without them he also showed me my test results on a graph. The cost of hearing aids with Pride hearing seem to be very reasonable.

Feb 14,2025I booked in for an appointment and it was cancelled just a few hours before with no explanation at all. The worst part was I had 4 phone calls 6 text messages one at 3am that woke me up! And 6 emails to remind me of my appointment, you don’t mind being reminded but this was a massive over kill especially the 4 calls all while I was at work! Very disappointed and I would not recommend on the above I can’t comment on the treatment.

Jan 30,2025Simon visited my grandad in his home. This was my grandads first hearing test (at 80) so was slightly daunting and overwhelming for him to admit he needed support with his hearing however Simon was brilliant, very informative and appeared knowledgeable in all aspects of the hearing test and also the aids. There was no pressure to go for the major expensive ones and the company offers 30 days for a refund if the aids are no good or the option to upgrade! Thanks Simon, you’ve made an 80 year old very happy!

Jan 20,2025Pride Hearing were advertising online and offering home hearing tests. My mum made an appointment which was an easy process and the lady she spoke to was very helpful. Simon, the audiologist who visited was professional, knowledgeable and honest in his approach. He explained the results of my mums hearing test to her clearly, and allowed her to make her own decision from there. He was not pushy in anyway and she and I would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family.
