Aug 10,2023So I purchased a build your own box on tiktok live, for £50, with this product ude normally get a vault. I chose not to have a vault as I wanted to have more accessories, so I've received my parcel today, with items missing. After contacting primalash its safe to say it was useless as they wasn't helpful at all and instead of resolving the issue I was told not all products are guaranteed. When I was the one who chose my items nd the host confirmed that those items were part of my order. Anyways instead of resolving this then decided to block me on tiktok!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been using Primalash since I started as a makeup artist in 2021. They are lovely lashes and so many styles to choose from. They do good sales and discounts which is great, especially for those in the industry. They dispatch quickly too. I would highly recommend.
