Dec 13,2021Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a big batch of eyelashes over 3 weeks ago still not received my items and no email updates on where my order is. I have contacted them 4 times to get an update and still no correspondence, I will be taking this further

Dec 07,2021The best lash brand with such a wide variety! They do great mua discount which is amazing as I always buy in bulk! My only honest opinion is as there are so many lashes a lot of the bestsellers are out of stock a lot, which can be frustrating, but that’s only because they are the best ones! I am a working makeup artist and I love to stock a variety of lashes for my clients to choose from and they’re always so happy with the selection I have thanks to Primalash :)

Nov 09,202110/10 lashes always use them on myself & clients & cannot fault the customer service either but since brexit the customs have been crazy expensive so I’m not benefiting from the mua discount anymore as I’m an Irish makeup artist I always buy in bulk so I’m spending over €30 on customs with every order now for only about 10 pairs of lashes ☹️ Disappointing on that end but I will continue to order

Nov 08,2021I bought the Saniya lashes at an absolute bargain price during one of their many sales that they do and OMG I was not disappointed, they have become one of my favourite lashes. The lash band is not too thick so it’s easy for beginners and the lash itself is so long and fluttery just the perfect amount though not too cover any amazing eye makeup that you may have done whilst still looking natural. The delivery was so prompt I just opted for standard and they came 3 days after I ordered them so they were super quick, the lashes them selves were packaged beautifully and easy to take out too, I’ve used one pair three times so far and they still look new! A quick tip on cleaning them, pop them in a glass or pot and add a bit of micseller water over to just cover them leave for an hour or two and gently wipe them with a makeup wipe or a tissue/kitchen roll and you will find all the glue and mascara will be easy to remove as it will have all dissolved and they’ll be good as new!! I will continue to use Prima lash for as long as do makeup and beyond their great for pros, enthusiasts and just generally going out and day to day use. So if your looking for amazing lashes that make you either stand out in a crowd or flutter your way through the day, get Prima lashes, they’re combination of price and quality cannot be matched!!! Xxx

Customs duties to Ireland was more expensive than the products themselves ( and paid the guts of 10 euro on taxes and shipping at the checkout) due to this I never received the items and the post office returned the package directly.. I had to get onto primalash to refund me as they hadn't.. then I see that they have refunded me 10euro less than what I paid? I do not understand this.. are they not refunded me for postage for a product I never received? I have contacted them and they have made no effort to resolve. AVOID
