Oct 09,2020I’ve order from primalash multiple times and I can’t believe how great their products are. The lashes are beautiful and are durability is amazing. As a MUA they have always worked perfectly for clients and for personal use. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Sep 02,2020I’ve ordered weekly from Primalash now for over 5 years, I’m a make up artist and quality has always been amazing and get better year by year! Have had one or two issues with couriers (no fault of Primalash) they have always resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. My clients love the lashes and find that they last way over the recommended usage! Would 100% always recommend. X

Aug 23,2020I ordered from them on the 29th of June and my order been completely neglected, I had to keep ask informations about shipping and tracking number and after day 1 they stopped answering to my emails, then 2 days ago (21 August) tired of waiting I sent another email claiming that I still didn't get my lashes, they simply ignored it and after few hours I got a "refund" email, never buying again from them.

Jun 14,2020the lashes are great but i payed two pounds for the delivery to take up to (2 to 5 days) i still have not received the lashes when i ordered them on the 9th June and it’s now 14th of June. The lashes are great but i would prefer the delivery options to be more honest

May 28,2020Only ordered a couple products , however considering the pandemic the service has been amazing so far! Said it could take up to 14 days shipping due to covid , I ordered on the 23rd and received my item by the 28th which considering the circumstances is pretty brilliant! For only £1 delivery too the service seems great . The quality of the lashes are so nice aswell (bought a 5 pack synthetic and 1 pair of mink lashes) .

Apr 28,2020This company have a pretty poor opinion of their customers. I would advise not spending money with a company that treats their customers in the way they do. Attempting to query an issue will lead to them being rude and telling you that you are talking nonsense. They will also block you when you point out that they have been rude. Unfortunately I will be returning the large orders I made yesterday (which is a shame as the lashes are great but the customer services are not) due to this treatment as I would much rather spend my hard earned money with a company that actually cares about their customers. EDIT: from emails with the ‘company’ they decided to block me because I have queried why the rrp’s of products kept changing during their sale. Apparently I was blocked because they did not want to bring the company into disrepute but blocking customers who have had a negative experience with the company and expressing their disappointment with being spoken too rudely by staff is doing exactly that. I would be wary of any positive reviews as at seems you are ‘silenced’ if you have had a negative experience

Oct 10,2020i have trichotillomania, so i have next to no natural eyelashes, and i struggle to find natural looking eyelashes that i can wear everyday, with a thin band that aren’t so obvious i’m wearing strip lashes. i’ve bought this 5 pack of megan lashes twice, and they’re the best i’ve worn, nobody can ever tell i’m wearing fake lashes! and i manage to get a fair few uses out of each pair!
