May 26,2023We rented a car here for our trip in the Baltics and were happy with the service and the car. We got the exact car that we had booked and the car was totally new. The pick up was very easy and went smoothly. We were helped by Daniel who explained everything in a friendly manner and who’s communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone to book here!

Oct 02,2021Be careful to check when you book with Prime that they are providing the car. Our booking was apparently subcontracted to Autobanga, without our knowledge. Autobanga have very negative reviews and in our experience, were very unhelpful. We weren't given any information where to return the car, had no address, no-one answered the phone, and Autobanga have charged us for leaving their car in a carpark, which Prime agreed to. Autobanga left the car for 16 hours in the car park and then charged us for the cost of parking! Check your contract is with Prime.

Sep 04,2020I had been renting a car for 2 weeks. I like the company personal approach and customers care. We agreed the use of only debit card in advance for a payment and deposit. Company proposed me a larger car when i arrived. Delivery/redelivery process of the car was fast and without any trouble for me. Thank you, that was very good experience

Feb 14,2025I rented a car from Prime Car Rent during my Latvian visit last year October 2024 for a few weeks and I found them absolutely brriliant. Though I booked tnrough a 3rd party, the customer service was top notch from prime car and Emil (if I remember correct) was very helpful in explaining everything. The car was absolutely beautiful and I will try my best to book with these guys whenever I visit again. Thank you so much for great service lads 🙏
