They listened to me on how I wanted my cover and the context of the material. The team delivered an amazing ebook to me, and I just was speechless. They offer so much to gain exposure for you. I can't wait to write the 2nd ebook with them. It was just an amazing experience! My book details how Shopify is practicing unethically, stealing from your business, and I have business, Also, gangstalking is real I elaborate on that in the book as well. The ebook is on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and so many more places.

Sep 05,2024Still can't get in touch with this publisher Prime Seven Media after my book was published in November 2024 I googled the address given on their documents and was very disappointed it's an abandoned property I must emphasize that this company is fraudulent in my previous post on this site you will see why

Aug 22,2024First of all, I want to be up front in clarifying that broken Crawford is not a part of prime seven media. While they handle promotion and marketing, he has his own team. That being said – Prime seven is absolutely awful. I cannot tell you the nightmare that I have had with them. I am a very patient and tolerable person by nature, and I gave them chance after chance. Not only did they make gross errors on things, but am 95% sure that they sold my information to other people, and then blamed it on phishing. When I called them out on it, all they could do was blame one another, and then I that any of it was their fault. If you are an author and you were reading this - Do not engage with them and run far away. It was, it has been so incredibly disheartening and disappointing.

Jul 14,2024This is my personal experience. I had to send multiple emails before they responded that they will transfer the king's ransom of $20/- to my account. I have not got any report of the sales of the current quarter. They are blaming a glitch in the system and or no sales from the distributor Ingram. This is such a tall lie, to say that Ingram Sparks the biggest book retailer has a glitch in the system. I quote from the email I received from Prime Seven 'For the 2nd quarter royalty report, we haven’t received reports from our distributor. Sometimes there are glitch in their system or they haven’t got any sale from the resellers.' This is after I paid Prime Seven hundreds of dollars for the book returnability program. So far I have spent thousands of dollars, for promotions by Prime Seven Media, and I have not got hardly any sales at all. All this time their sales person has been harassing me with unsolicited phone calls, with multiple programs of promotion and promising me great returns. After they have taken your money, they do not do anything to promote the book, do not reply to the emails promptly. I have emailed Prime Seven Media, that I wanted to end the contract with them. I have not received any reply to that.

Apr 24,2024This is my personal experience. First it was an online interview with Mr Logan Crawford. The company person Mr Josh Williams promised that he will check everything before the interview. That never happened. The audio was atrocious. I had to leave a bad review before it was corrected by using the audio that I recorded. Then it was a book trailer. The quality was abysmal and after repeatedly asking them, they did not do anything. Then the book was relaunched by Prime Seven through Ingram Sparks. I was promised that I will be sent the original report from Ingram every quarter. A few days ago, I received a report from Prime Seven with there logo, saying 6 books were sold and after all cuts they have $20/- for me.

What I would appreciate more is confirmations of receipt once I have digitally dispatched material, manuscripts, etc. It would ease the anxiety I develop as a digital illiterate.
