A home warranty is a service contract that covers the repair or replacement of regularly used home appliances and systems that may potentially break down over time. How it works? In the event of an appliance failure or system breakdown, a claim submission online or via the phone is all you need to do! A trained professional will be dispatched to your home and will assess the issue by repairing or replacing what is necessary to remedy the problem. You pay a small service fee, and that is it. All other expenses are on us.

The pool repair technician spent time with my husband giving him advice on what to buy to keep our pool running better and our chemicals to last longer. He suggested a few products to buy. No complaints.

Aug 28,2020My garage door was very noisy when operating and it wouldn't open or close normally. I placed a repair order and the tech came on behalf of Priority Home Warranty within two days. He was on time and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. There was a little part that was broken and he replaced it. It was an easy fix for him and everything went back to normal afterward.

I bought this warranty on my home and when I had an issue with my furnace, they sent a technician out after many phone calls and five days later the technician came in and told the company that my furnace needed a motor, They refused to pay for the repairs, even their own technician said they are no good company, I am writing this complaint to worn other customers whether you want to take my experience and save your money or go through the same frustration I went though is up to you. I will be writing a complaint with the BBB. even the person I was talking on the phone with someone I can’t mention his name in this review due to site rules. Follow up after I wrote my review an hour later a representative from the company called me and offered my a refund of my money back under one condition, the condition was to remove my review about the company (which is the statement above) in order to refund my money. I said absolutely not. I told him I want to worn people and customers about their service and that would be the Nobel thing to do. This is what kinda of company they are bribing people to leave a position reviews by offering a rewards. I have the phone number for the person that called me. Follow up about this company, I just finished winning this case with the credit card company and they refunded my money after I proved to them how crooked this company is. I really don’t know where this company get this high rating from, it has to be from bribing people like they tried with me, they offered to give me my money back if I remove my bad rating about their company, I obviously refused to. Beware and be smart dot fall for this headache and go through what I went through to get my money back.
