Mar 08,2024Read a few reviews first before I chose Pro Cars for my 2 taxi journeys in Woking, At John's and Guildford on separate days. Contacted them by phone to booked my journey, got through straight away and confirmed pick the up time and quoted the price. Pro Cars texted me their car reg and make in advance. My driver Gabriela was prompt and her car was spacious, comfortable and clean. Gabriela was professional, chatty, friendly and clearly experienced and knowledgeable of the local routes/ regions and Heathrow and Gatwick as I discovered in our chat. We had to pick up my elderly mother on the way to our ultimate destination in Guildford the Royal Surrey Hospital. Gabriela assisted my mother into the vehicle. Got to our destination in very good time and Gabriela helped my Mother out of the car. Phoned Pro Cars next day for a return journey to home and had a car come out to pick me up within 20 minutes of the call. Gabriela was my driver again (See above). I thought that both journey's were reasonably well priced for the distance travelled and the service was exemplary. I would definitely use Pro Cars again. B.

Jul 01,2023Excellent service from start to finish. They were helpful via email and phone and with my questions when booking. The driver turned up on time and was very helpful and accommodating. We used one of the toddler seats and this was clean and in place. Highly recommend and will use again.

Apr 12,2023I arranged a taxi pick up from Heathrow airport for my family of 2 adults and 2 children, requesting in advance, child seats for my two young children (4 and 6 years). On arriving at the car, the child seats were present, however there was very little room for me to sit in between them. The driver (Gabriela) claimed that adults had sat between the seats before, however given I am a slim 5' 5" woman and could not fit, this seems unlikely. She tried to adjust the child seats, but could not, so I was forced to sit, painfully squashed, between the two seats in the middle seat of the Mercedes saloon. This is obviously dangerous and uncomfortable for me, but also meant that the two child seats were pushed out slightly, so in an accident, would not have provided the same protection. Gabriela tried to tell my husband and I that we didn't need a car seat for my 6 year old as taxi regulations are different from private cars. This may be true, but in the event of a car crash (we were travelling at speed home on the M25), that would provide very little comfort! I made it clear that had it not been for the late hour and travelling with exhausted children, we would not have got in the car. I have received no contact or apology from ProCars since the journey, and consider their actions in sending an unsuitable car / child seat combination and the driver's lack of concern for passenger safety, to be appalling.

Mar 25,2023Recently I travel with Pro Cars Woking taxi service, and my experience was fantastic. From the moment I made the booking over the phone, the office operator was very polite and helpful. I received a text confirmation of my booking 10minutes after. Driver arrived on time with a clean car, smelling fresh inside and and with complimentary bottles of water inside. Was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable for my airport taxi journey to Heathrow airport on out going, and for the return pick up, I received a text message after landing and meet the driver easily. Highly recommend Pro Cars Woking taxis for their excellent airport transfer services.

They are very transparent with their prices and let me know if anything changes. Nov 28,2024I booked a transfer to Heathrow for 6am, but it was a no show. I called them but no answer. I was lucky enough to find an Uber available nearby...
