Oct 23,2024Kerstverlichting besteld, maar het snoer bleek zwart ipv wit. Retour gevraagd. Klantendienst reageerde snel dat ze een retourlabel hadden aangevraagd bij de 3e partij die de verlichting had geleverd. Na een paar dagen nog eens contact opgenomen wegens nog geen retourlabel. De klantendienst ging opnieuw de 3e partij contacteren. De volgende dag antwoord dat deze 3e partij niet snel genoeg reageerde en ze de lampjes meteen gingen terugbetalen. Prima after-care!

Oct 22,2024My first order was cancelled the day after, saying that they had no more stock. I thought that was strange and it can take up to 5 days to get a refund? I thought that this was a rare of occurrence as the company seem to have good reviews on here. So I decided to place another order for another product, only to find that it was cancelled about an hour later, and now I'm also waiting for this refund? It's incredibly frustrating to have them accept the money before they know whether or not the stock is there, how is the stock statuses not working? Is there no compensation for these errors on their side?

Nog steeds geen levering!! Dus geen snelle levering zoals ze beloven!! En ze geven ook geen antwoord, dus slechte service..pas goed op!! D.Spakman

Oct 03,2024The webshop and stuff was great, it was delivered within 2 days which is grat, however the delivery was terrible. It was supposed to be delivered in a package locker but instead it was just throw next to the locker so anyone could have taken it. I would not send package with dnd anymore.

Nov 05,2024Ik heb hier een tweedehands tablet gekocht. Staat "zo goed als nieuw". En dat was het ook! Geen krasje te zien en de prijs is een stuk lager dan een nieuwe tablet. Ik koop liever spullen die nog bruikbaar en netjes zijn zodat het weggooien van spullen die niet weg hoeven tot een absoluut minimum beperkt worden. Dit is een goede site met een goede service die dat mogelijk maakt.
