Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. The program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of real estate professionals by exposing them to all aspects of the industry, from property management to deal-making.

Valuation methodology is a critical skill in the field of finance, and I really value learning the valuation techniques to real estate asset classes in alternative investments. I came in expecting a DCF analysis with a CCA, coming from a Finance background, but was not unsatisfied. I did think there could be more explanation on the Income Approach to Deal Valuation, but the Sales Comparison Approach was thoroughly fleshed out!
