Really impressed with the quality, good communication, all the help and the end result - we were a happy client! Also it was really appreciated that all packaging was paper or cardboard, so we avoided plastic packaging - such a relief to see this in deliveries.

We also had a fiddly order which again was dealt with so quickly and helpfully. We were very pleased with the finished product and very impressed by the way our order was dealt with.

From the initial quote with various options and renders with our company logo, the service was excellent and I cannot praise Lucy and Lex enough for their outstanding service from the quote to a follow up after receiving the shirts. We will certainly use Project Merchandise again!
