Dec 15,2024I ordered a washing machine online from Williams for my elderly father recently. No sooner than completing the purchase did a lovely lady from the store call me to arrange delivery. She thanked me for using them and was very helpful in arranging everything for us. We were contacted on the Saturday prior to the delivery on Monday with a two hour time slot, again a professional and polite staff member. The delivery chaps were also excellent and removed the old washing machine and installed the new one with little fuss and lots of care. I can recommend Williams and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Dec 10,2024The customer service that I received from Karen was outstanding, everything about the appliance I purchased was explained fully to me and when an issue cropped up it was sorted by Karen within 24 hours. On the day of delivery and the fitting of my appliance I was given a two hour fitting slot which meant I was not having to wait in all day.I would not hesitate in using Williams Electrical again.
