Feb 22,2015I ordered my tickets on Thursday Feb 19th at 0930am. Here it is Feb 21st at 700pm and I am still waiting delivery of my E Tickets that was suppose to be a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday is today and I don't have any tickets to show him just a confirmation that I bought them. Try explaining this to a 8 year old! Don't undestand why I am waiting so long for E Tickets, I should have been able to print them sooner than this! Oh, by the way you took my money on Thursday to purchase the tickets!

Feb 21,2015I enjoyed the ease of ordering the tickets however I did not enjoy the $55 charge for ordering from this site. I honestly would not use this service again solely on the service fee, I will just go to the box office to get my tickets next time.

I GOT PRINT AT HOME TICKETS VIA PROMINENT WHICH WAS GREAT AND A PARKING PASS ARRIVED VIA FED-EX IN 2 DAYS. PROMINENT FOLLOWED UP VIA E-MAIL AND PHONE TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED EVERYTHING. EASY PROCESS, GREAT SERVICE, LOVE THE WALK IN STORE FRONT IN GLEN ROCK.

Dec 24,2014Although the service was efficient, we were extremely disappointed when we received our tickets and saw that we paid almost double the face amount. We didn't question the price since the theatre linked us to the vendor. Had we known the face value of the tickets, we would NOT have purchased them.

Dec 09,2014Great site for tickets to top events. I have used for basketball Sweet 16 and for Taylor Swift. The basket ball had to pick up at a will call site a block away from the event but was very easy. The Swift's were Fed Ex with in 4 days!

Feb 27,2015I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH
