May 31,2017My order of branded USB sticks was supposed to be held at PromoDealer while I finished a document that was to be pre-loaded onto the USB sticks. I worked out this arrangement with my sales rep, and she assured me that this was no problem. Instead, a few days later I received notification that my order had shipped. Now I will be pre-loading 150 USB sticks myself. Very disappointing.
