Apr 09,2024I was using Propertydatausa to get a quick report on my property official information documents,when I was paying my business license fee as long-term property rental owner, which is required in my county. I did not have and did not want to spend time looking through my paper record to find a title documents on my property as well as lot number and property tax info. So, when I see on a screen that Propertydatausa was able to give me all of that for a very little fee I grabbed that opportunity and was not disappointed It was very quick and unexpensive. I was able to do that on my phone received a full report in PDF format attached to my license application and was done. Quick and easy. Thank you .

When I searched my address, I found that last year's assessment was correct, but there were no current-year results available. Additionally, the system listed me as not being the owner when in fact, I remain so. Great information overall 👌
