Jul 09,2018From the start they talk you through the process, explain what is going to happen, it's really nice to be that informed. The place wasn't even on the market for a week then I already received 2 offers for the place, and the one was asking price. What is really nice with their business model is the low commission, allowing you to advertise the place for cheaper than the people around you and in the end still get the same net result that they do, just a lot quicker. The professional photography is a brilliant touch, made a big difference. I would definitely recommend PropertyFox to anyone.

Wow the service has been exceptional and truly world-class, from arranging the viewing to communicating the offer to me, I was on leave at the time when they made contact with me, but what's so amazing is that they made this whole process effortless and paperless as well, with the innovative DocuSign technology they use I could sign my OTP from the comfort of my home on my tablet - thank you so much Megan & Lebo, you both were totally professional, vibrant & so efficient. You kept me informed at all times and I just want to thank you both and all on the PropertyFox team in allowing & helping me acquire my desired property. Chris and the team corresponded with me till after 22h00 in the evening to get the documentation ready for the next day. The whole process was extremely simple and efficient. I will most certainly make use of the service for any future property transactions.

All team members keep one informed of every prospective buyer, so I had full confidence that they are marketing my property. Though i haven't met anyone face to face, Demi,Majeedah and Troy give a personal touch that it feels as though I have. I will highly recommend that you use Property Fox. Besides the massive financial savings, the entire process was smooth every step of the way. PropertyFox have their customer experience process waxed with a friendly, intelligent and helpful team who were a pleasure to deal with. Setting up meetings via whatsapp is efficient and reliable. Some estate agents have become hardened and aggressive with the increased competition and Propertyfox disrupting the market, and it was difficult when searching for my new home (I would have loved to view properties with the owner). Thanks Propertyfox.
