I contacted them on 20 October 2016 and within 3 days' of listing my property (situated in North West province), Property Fox (based in Cape Town) found me a buyer! There was a signed contract on the 9th November. Property Fox managed to do in 20 days what three local Northwest estate agents failed to do in the previous 6 months. I was continually impressed with the professional, friendly and dedicated service rendered by each member of the Property Fox team who helped me in the sale process. Nardee valued my input and created a listing profile I was happy with (unlike the other agents).Thanks to Ashleigh's excellent negotiation skills and persistence, I got the selling price I wanted. Paralegal Carley diligently ensured the fulfilment of conditions within the agreed time limits and gave me frequent update reports. Crispin was on call and patiently answered my more difficult questions. Thank you to all of you!

Nov 29,2016Through discovering Property Fox via an interview on Cape Talk we engaged with them primarily due to the low commission point of 1.5%. It must be noted that the process of engagement from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure. The photography that was done was far superior to previous stills. The communication on potential viewers via Whatsapp made life easy and obviously I know my property better than any estate agent so showing potential buyers the property makes total sense. Clearly the vetting of viewers was also key if compared to traditional estate agents who wheel in anyone who shows the slightest interest which is a complete waste of everyones time. Once the offer was in the Paralegal team were amazing at swiftly executing a contract that satisfied both parties. This was something that I would encourage anyone looking to sell to do and would have no problem in recommending to family and friends. Great company!

Nov 22,2016I read about Property Fox in an article in the MoneyWeb newsletter and thought I should give them a try. We had been trying to sell a property of ours in Sandton since January. They responded to my email almost immediately and arranged for a photographer to go take pics for the website. My husband met the photographer who was very professional and took fantastic pics. The advert was ready for listing soon after that and the few minor changes I requested were made promptly and the ad was live shortly thereafter. There was a lot of interest and Micale at Property Fox went out of her way keeping me informed every step of the way. We took a number of interested buyers through the property and the follow up from Property Fox was always quick and feedback detailed and informative. I am delighted to say we signed an offer on the property today, just 17 days after listing! I am SOOO impressed and would highly recommend Property Fox to anyone wanting to use a team of professionals to sell their home. Thank you Micale and Properfy Fox!

Nov 18,2016Everyone in the Property Fox value chain, from initial contact to agent to transfer attorneys (and especially transfer attorneys) were excellent. I really can't understand why people still use traditional estate agents. Commission % of Property Fox was much lower, but their service was also much better than traditional estate agents. Most professional estate agents I've ever dealt with. (And it only took them 1 day to sell my home!).

Nov 11,2016As a home owner I dreaded the day that I needed to sell my home. So many people would warn you about “cowboy” sales agents and preached about high street sales agents just being in the game for the money, not being transparent and not having your best interest at heart. I decided not to waste any time by using amateur’s high street sale agents and opted for the prestigious agents in green, PG. My plan was to pick the best team, sell my property quickly and move on. Three months down the road and horror became a reality. The men in green almost always showed late for showing appointments and hardly did any effort to enlighten potential buyers of the good characteristics my home has to offer. It was then out of pure desperation that I decided to take matters in my own hands and find a replacement property sales agent. Google dealt me a good hand with the search and behold, Property Fox lighted up on my screen as if I won the jackpot. Having had a bad experience with PG I was very skeptic about Property Fox. I carefully inspecting their website and this time did a bit more digging on the company’s reputation. The more I was trying to find flaws the more promising it started to look. After not being able to find 1 negative review I decided to give them a call. This was the BEST decision I could have ever made. The call center staff (Demi & Carley) were absolute gems, always friendly and eager to help where they could. They provided me with helpful advice and put my mind to ease with every query I had, what professionals. Even one of the company owners, Ashley, kept in contact with me to update me on the sale progress of my home. I remember thinking to myself that if I had a company, this is how I would like to do business. Out with the old and in with the new I say. Thank you Property Fox for being my rock during the difficult time when selling my home. Thank you for being there 24/7 and for offering sterling advice. Thank you for all your hard work and EXCELLENT service. Your team is FANTASTIC and your service 2nd to none. Ashley, Demi and Carley, you’re super and your work is faultless. And lastly, to all potential home sellers/buyers, don’t be afraid to give up the good and go for the great. Use Property Fox, if they can’t deliver on your needs no one will.

Nov 10,2016I was fortunate to both buy and sell a property through Property Fox. A remarkably modern way of doing business saving you thousands of rands :-). I saved almost R135,000 on the sale of my property. A very professionally run business that is flexible and convenient. My experience with Property Fox has left me wondering why more people are not making use of their services. The commission of 1.5% or R25,000 is an absolute gift. I believe this to be a game changer in the property industry which is already starting to make a positive impact for buyers and sellers. Visit their website and you will be pleasantly surprised...
