I opened my new screen cover and as I picked it up it cracked straight away, I hadn't even put it on my new phone.. what a waste of money.
Very quick, great options. My mum is loving her new Ted baker iPhone case.
I bought the proporta branded screen protector and it came with a crack in it. Very annoyed, it cost Ā£10. Spoke to a friend and bought another brand, pack of three screen protectors for only Ā£6 and none of them had a crack in them. Wouldnāt recommend proporta.

Ordered case shows delivered but it hasnāt been delivered to me so post man must have posted wrong house been in touch and all I get is how strange no nothing strange about it days later and loads of email no nearer to getting a case or refund customer service rubbish

There seemed to be a technical glitch in ordering a high end phone case from this company, the system wouldn't let me purchase. So I contacted the company who immediately fixed my problem and then included a better postage as a gesture of goodwill. Good communication & service. Also a great range of designer phone cases.
Low quality case.
We ordered a Ted Baker case from this website and received it without any hassle and on time. There is an obvious design fault with this particular case as it ripped only after a few months. We contacted Ted Baker directly as it was clearly a design fault and not a customer service issue but to my annoyance they said they canāt do anything contact the company you ordered it from. We contacted this company in the evening, and got a call back from Mike the next morning. He straight away acknowledged there was a design fault with that particular case. He gave me a choice of what I wanted which and I wanted another case. He let me choose another case of my choice which came the next day with some chocolates! Iām speechless at how brilliant the service was! Thank you Mike.
So upset with this company - I purchased a Ted Baker Samsung S8 folio cover for my phone back in March through Ebay. I understand delays because of Covid-19 and just messaged to ask about tracking my parcel. I found that Proporta has now cancelled my order, sent a refund and then doubled the price of the item I purchased should I wish to repurchase at the inflated price. Very devious to my way of thinking. Shame on you Proporta

I was initially VERY happy with the (then) leather iPad case that was on offer. It allowed for engraving and was truly beautiful. The disappointment relates to the false claim of a 'lifetime warranty'. I registered my iPad mini 2/3 leather case with shotgun tested carbon fibre lining for the 'Proporta Lifetime Exchange Warranty.' The stunning case turned out however to be very fragile, and about 1 year later, disintegrated into a flakey, flapping mess of component parts. When I contacted Proporta, the response was that they no longer carry any such cases for the iPad, therefore cannot replace it and instead offered a 10% discount on my NEXT PURCHASE. I was a little surprised at the presumption that a defective product, for which a warranty was misrepresented, would inspire me to make FURTHER purchases, especially given the small discount offered. I think this company can do a lot better. It is never a good thing to simply leave a paying customer in the lurch because of the seller's stock or other problems. It also makes matters worse to offer future purchases from the seller as 'compensation' to the disappointed customer. These are very unfair practices.
Inept, incompetent, laughable. Ordered a Ted Baker phone case, paid extra for engraving. It arrived minus the engraving. Emailed to complaint and was assured that a replacement will be despatched. I questioned specifically if the replacement would be engraved, and was assured it would be. I think you can see where this is going.....replacement arrived minus engraving. Spoke to Customer Services who denied it was their fault! Simple amazing. I will never order from these clowns again.
