Absolutely horrible :-( I needed to change a trousers I got in a wrong size and neede you to send me a UPS return label wich I throw away for mistake. Despite numerous emails for a hole month (many of them not answered) and promises nothing has happened and I still have not got that label. Very dissapointing

The wrong jacket was shipped, but that didn't bother me since ProQuip responded immediately with an intention to have UPS pick it up and then ship me the correct one (great!). However, it has been over a week since that email and after repeated queries have gone silent. I'm afraid that I'm stuck with the incorrect shipment.

No issue with product, but UPS delivery service severely lets the brand down. 1st order was 3 days late (tolerable), second order never arrived at all, replacement shipment of 2nd order arranged via ProQuip (Alex very helpful), that took 5 business days instead of 2 and I only obtained this after personally contacting UPS to sort out a "mis-sorted" item at their end. Sadly on opening the package, the wrong size had been sent. Mistakes happen, but are made worse by a woeful carrier service. Royal Mail delivered similar items from a competitor next working day with free returns - something I have already pointed out to ProQuip that they should emulate. ProQuip are the ONLY brand to cater for my 35" leg length, so will recommend to anyone for this - hopefully the product will be as good as I expect when I finally receive the correct product...if UPS can actually deliver on time/at all...
