Although I had to return/exchange some items do to sizing, the staff is first rate in assisting in facilitating the merchandise return, offering guidance as to costs and practicality, as well as offering what they could do from Great Britain to their customers in the United States. Having ordered from them in the past, and with the same great service, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future, and offer my endorsement.

Jul 22,2024The company was quick to deliver my products. Unfortunately, we are in Canada. By the time duty fees were added to the cost, it was pretty expensive. Separately, they delivered the wrong product. We still had to pay duty for the original items, plus the replacement items. Now it is real expensive.
