I was explain this after I saw my order had not been shipped by customer service. I must have missed this when I first placed the order; by customer service, or email. My order is set waiting for feedback.

Jun 07,2023***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*** I ordered prints for memorial day 2023. I placed the order on the 12th of May, received a question about prints on the 21st. That's 9 days, then it took them 2 days to print 30 transfers, and then with the holiday weekend the prints arrived on the 30th according to you, but I was gone so I got them on the 31st. Since the Holiday had passed I can not use them and I am out 254$$ and your company will not refund the purchase and not except responsibility for them being unusable.
